I always have a fear that adsense is going to banned me one day.I usually get about 12000 page impresions per day but still i have a fear.

Like What in the hell do they need that info for? Would i get payed if i didnt give it to them? Theyre paying you and they are required to file that tax information to the IRS. And you dont get a dime if you dont provide them with your tax information..--Answer2:If you are working for them they need it for the same reason any other employer needs it. Otherwise no they have no business even asking..--Answer3:Any place that pays someone more than a certain amount of money per year (I think its $600, but dont quote me on that) is required to report that income to the IRS. Theyll send the person a 1099 form at the end of the year showing how much theyve earned. The IRS will then match up the amount reported to them with the persons tax return, to make sure they have paid taxes on that income. So yeah, technically and legally, they *do* really need it.
