How can i open a letter of credit in my name and make part of that money pay the sypplier

the bottom line is i dont want to let the buyer know who is the supplier
Answer1:Your question is not quite clear. A letter of credit is opened by a Purchaser favoring the Seller. As I can make out from your question, it seems that you would like to make some purchases for your customer and you know the source who can supply the goods, but you do not want disclose to your customer the source of the supplier for the fear of losing the sale???If the transaction is recurring and it can be assured that you will get regular order for the product, you can establish a sole dealership agency on a long term basis with the seller in which a specific term will be included that the seller will supply goods in your area only through your firm. It may also be provided that any sale made by the seller to any one else other than you, your firm stands to get a stated commission. It is difficult to hide the source of supply, unless the goods are packed specially indicating that the goods are supplied by your firm. For example, K Mart purchased apparels from Pakistan with special labels stating that goods have been manufactured in Pakistan for K Mart and the label does not indicate the name of the manufacturer. In this was the identity of th manufacturer is hidden.
