      Answer2:you should ask one of your workshop leaders to help you with this -because they know the workshop and the circumstances far better than we do. If they cant sell the workshop to sponsors, they shouldnt be teaching a workshop/seminar on selling.

I just dont get it. I have stepped up at my job in many different ways, but recently found out my co-worker who is equal in education and has been at the place of work a year less than me, makes $1 more an hour than me. I do more than she does. Im reliable and rarely call off, but she does all the time. I train people and am assigned interns, etc... Yet she makes more. Why would my boss be ok with this??? I guess Im just frustrated because this is the second time this has happened. (The first time, my other co-worker quit.) Now, with the recession, I look like a jerk asking for a raise when 3 people were laid off last month. I should be happy I have a job, I suppose. It is just a sh*tty situation. SIGH!

i hear their phone ring above me sort of muted evertime they either answer or get a cal. i think they are making a call... and sometimes i can hear muffled voices, which i dont like at all. i can say that when i worked here before, with the last couple who occupied that space, this was not a problem. so whoever it is has rigged it, and how can i fix it? tell the maintenance? i think i will be fixing something for my dad that was way overdue....
      Answer1:if its another office, what does that have to do your father?is it another business, separate entrance, pays their own rent, etc? the sound of a phone ring doesn;t mean anything - You said you havent worked there in years, ts muffled probably because there is insulation or soundproofing in the ceiling maybe - why would you want to be able to clearly hear the neighbors upstairs?
