I have numerous questions about an LLC opportunity

I work in the security/network installation business. I have a job offer to think about but I dont know enough about it to make a decision. It is a company that buys up large buildings and makes them "green", installing solar panels and such to make them energy efficient. Here is where I am confused. They want me to start my own LLC through them instead of hiring me straight up. I would get my own company name, truck, and client list through them. They plan on hiring help for me through them and are setting me up with their legal team to assist me with taxes and such. I am required to work 40 hrs through them, and after that I am welcome to do work for anyone else I choose since I am a subcontractor. Does anyone out there know anything about this? Ive never owned my own business. What about insurance, such as my personal medical and dental, and do I need to get accident insurance or anything? Any info would really help. This almost sounds too good to be true, so I want to do as much research as possible. Thanks for your help!
Answer1:I would ask to talk to come of their other "contractors".
      Answer2:earn money http://phedo.info/

Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act in PA I Have questions

This law is scheduled to take effect in July of 09.What if a small contractor just works on an hourly (pay as you go) basis for customers. Can he avoid all this red tape which is geared toward regulating "contracts".Seems like alot of restrictive red tape for the small contractor. Thanks for your input.
Answer1:Yea, Tom Corbett, The Attorney General of Pennsylvania? Great, meaning not so good.I dont really deal with these kinds of things, but I think it has to do with the "time and material jobs" The AGs office is more concerned with contractors that get paid and do not do the jobs they are contracted to do?But, to be safe alot of contractors that do work need to be Bonded & Insured. The problem with friends helping friends is it pissed off the contractors association, Unions and the Licensed Independent Contractors out there?Lets say you put up a ceiling fan in an apartment building and it falls off, splitting a 5 year olds head open. Whos fault is it now? Pennsylvania has the clause "Buyer Beware" It is the problem of the person that paid for the job to make sure the contractor was or is insured and bonded? Not anymore! "at least thats the way it sounds"With all the complaint out their and filed at the Attorney Generals office, New and more demanding rules are going to be applied?I know it sounds stupid?Even if you change a lite bulb and the house burns down at a later date, you as a home owner or a landlord could be trouble in the past? The new rules would make the IC or the worker become liable? If in fact the investigation pointed it in that direction?

Can anyone answer my PayPal and Ebay questions

Ok, so, I just started selling and buying on Ebay. Dangerous! I know! I has me a few questions ...I have my debit visa card linked to my PayPal account, which I use to buy things and pay my Ebay account. Thats working fine. When someone buys my items, I have paypal selected as my preferred method of payment. My question is: When they pay for my item, where does the money go? Does it go onto my debit visa card? Into an online Paypal account? I do not have a bank account linked to my Paypal yet - do I need to do this?Thank you in advance! And for all who might want to harp on teh dangers of ebay - I do realise its a bit risky and addictive, and I am trying my very best to be careful.Have a safe and HAPPY new year! xx.--Answer1:The money you receive from selling anything will go into your Paypal account. It will be available to you after 21 days, or after the buyer leaves feedback, letting Paypal know the the transaction is complete.Once the money is in your Paypal account you can then transfer it to your bank account..--Answer2:When someone pay you the money goes into your PayPal account. You will need a bank account linked to PayPal to make future transfers of your profits. It is great that you started your own business on eBay and I wish you all the best, however if you are considering other options / opportunities, I would be happy to take the time and guide you.I earn full time income working from home online and do not ship or track any products.Best of luck.--Answer3:Ebay and Pay Pal both have toll free and online help you can get this from their site.--Answer4:business and newshttp://yugtran.info/
