Is it true that online customers must have fun and pleasant surprises

Is it true that in order to have extremely satisfied online customers, fulfilling basic requirements only is not enough? It is said that customers must have a lot of fun and pleasant surprises during their online purchase to become extremely satisfied? Im designing my new online business website and would appreciate any insights?
      Answer1:No, I expect good service, prompt delivery and a product in good condition.I dont want any surprises when I order anything, just give me what I ordered already!
