any advice would be lovley:) Answer1:You research the market you are planning to go into and specifically for the area that you will open the business.There is no way to know for certain if it will be "profitable and accurate". All you can do is cover all the bases and base any figures on as accurate information as you can.If you are doing the plan for a bank to get a loan or the like then what they want to see is that you are aware of all the pitfalls and that you have properly researched the market.If you have done this and can show a good plan which will see the business grow then you should be ok.
