I hope someone can help me out here. Say if I am a business owner (sole trader/partnership) can I sell a franchise to a potential buyer? Or must my business be in a Company structure in order for me to sell the franchise?

You can sell its name, its rights, its location, the whole thing, or just parts. But good luck getting a buyer who would be willing to buy only 1 part of a franchise, they would more than likely be looking for the whole cake if you know what I mean.

I would say that depends on how much snow is in your driveway and how big your driveway is.If you have a small driveway with little snow thats less work and Id say around $5 or so.But if you have a huge driveway or a ton of snow in a small driveway and its going to take the person a long time to clear it I would go higher to $10 or $20.

      Answer1:Sounds like a fair price to me. And Im sure there are enough lazy people in America who will buy that service. The best way to find those people is to follow those Grocery Store delivery trucks who bring food to people who bought them online. Those are the people who are either too lazy to do stuff for themselves or old folks who just cant.

any advice would be lovley:) Answer1:You research the market you are planning to go into and specifically for the area that you will open the business.There is no way to know for certain if it will be "profitable and accurate". All you can do is cover all the bases and base any figures on as accurate information as you can.If you are doing the plan for a bank to get a loan or the like then what they want to see is that you are aware of all the pitfalls and that you have properly researched the market.If you have done this and can show a good plan which will see the business grow then you should be ok.
