hi guys i am planning on doing a beauty therapy course and setting up a home salon ( im in melbourne). I am currently working full time and would start doing after hours and weekends until clientele builds up (hopefully). Im wondering what needs to be done in regards to planning permits etc. I thank you all for your answers.

I would like to let you know if you are really interested in opening an ebay store, that you have your auctions together, pictures taken, and descriptions all in order first because you are wasting time and money if you dont. If you never sold on ebay before. I would suggest selling items first, then go to the store. You get a free trial, so use that once you have gotten your feet wet, so you can make a better decision.
