I am looking to get a small business loan. We have been in business for almost 20 years. With the downturn in the economy all of our competition has closed down. But we are still going strong. I am looking to get about 500k loan, so when the economy picks back up I will be equipped and ready to go. I am looking for a company someone has tried and had good sucess with. You are at the bottom of the ladder of any available jobs because of the over 2 million people that are out of work already. I go to school for animation so I do flash animations, designs, graphic designs, logos, animated logos/gifs, illustrations, comics, that kind of thing. What do you think? Any resources you could give me?
      Answer1:Craisglist is good. I am a freelancer myself. Here is my suggestion. Do some direct mailing, and in the letter say that you will call in a week. Then call them. That works well.Also, when you mail; send a letter, resume, brochure and business card.

      Answer3:wow...you just wasted alot of money. ...a mac...just to make invitations?you could have purchased a top of the line PC from a reputable company like Dell or Gateway, for about 1/5th the cost, and had thousands of software packages available to you.The graphics capabilites of a good PC are superior to a mac these days.Macs are very limited on software beause companies dont priorities making software for macs.I work in the printing/graphic design indistry....and I know first hand that a mac offers no advantage over a PC in performance, or graphics.....the TV commercials are just well done propoganda.
