Im looking to begin selling retail food products specifically marketed towards children. Id like to do this right (obviously), and the step Im looking towards right now is being licensed to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I need regulations, guidelines, licensure, etc. If this varies state by state, I live in Arkansas. I could use websites, phone numbers, etc-- I just really dont know where to start, or to whom I need to speak.Any help that anyone could pass on would be very appreciated.

So I sold on Ebay for about 7 years and did pretty good. Its been a year though since I have sold. Just wondering how sales are now with the economy the way it is. I know that it depends on what you sell too but on average, are sales way down like I suspect?
      Answer1:Well, from the answers you have received, I would assume Ebay is not doing very well at all.Try Craigs List. They may be doing a little better. :DIf I were to sell something I would definitely use Craigs List over Ebay.I usually just give it away. Know anyone who is looking for a motor home? It runs.
