hi all i signed up with foxtons estate agents who charge 2.5% plus vat to sell my property....i instructed another agents who advised they charge 1% they told me this figure with out even bargaining i rang foxtons back they are not willing to budge what shall i do

We were asked to bid on a local doctors office for a weekly cleaning. It is two levels and has 6 restrooms. The majority of the work would be sweeping all the carpet and sweeping and mopping all the exam and office rooms. It has around 20 individual rooms upstairs and down. It also has a break room, waiting area, and reception area. Other then the sweeping and mopping we would only have to do some minor dusting and things like that.
