What do I do if someone bids on my eBay item but then never pays

I just sold a few things on eBay and at the very last minute I got a bid for $1,009.00. The bid before that was $300.00. Its been over a day since they won the item and they have yet to pay. They also told me to ship it to Nigeria, when in my description says SHIPS TO US ONLY. How do I get them to pay? I know its probably a fake bidder.
Answer1:Give them a week to payand if they dont file both an ebay and if relevant a pay pal dispute.
Answer2:next time have someone put down a deposit, then take the rest after.call the police
Answer3:You want to address this with eBay right away.

Sold an item on eBay and buyer has failed to Pay

I have sold a phone on eBay with a 7 day auction and the highest bidder has failed to pay on time. I had clearly stated in the description that payment must be paid within 24 hours. So I sent him a couple of messages to pay etc and doesn’t respond. He can’t be away because he bided in last few seconds and he has a high 100+ 100% positive feedback. I have never had this trouble before when selling; they usually pay same time as purchase. So I was wondering how much money have I lost through eBay fees and I know that they take a percent of the price it went? If so does it happen straight away or after payment has cleared? I didn’t check My Account Balance before or after so I don’t know how that works. Since there’s this new rule for sellers not leaving negative feedbacks to buyers I can’t state the trouble cause in his feedback. Is there anyway to get him into trouble for wasting my time and money?? Any information would help!
Answer1:You can file a dispute no matter what the item is or the allowed payment time ( which can be whatever you want it doesnt have to be 7 days most people actual require immediate payment. ) You will get the Ebay fees reimbursed *if* you win the dispute. What happens is you file a dispute. Then the buyer has so many days to respond to the dispute. After that period of time if they havent responded you will get your Ebay fees reimbursed, and the buyer will get a nonpayment strike on their account. Also how long has it been since the auction ended?!?If they put in a bid in the last few seconds they may not have read the description completely, and could have not noticed that allowed time to pay. Give it 1 week just some time to respond especially if they have 100% possitive feedback ( until friday if they still havent payed then file for "unpaid item"Just make sure you do not send the item out lol.
Answer2:Well usually, buyers have a 7 day payment term.24h is a short time. When I buy on eBay, I usually pay within 2 or 3 days.If I where you, I wouldnt worry. I guess your buyer will pay the object. Now if it is an object that ends (like a ticket for a show or so) then you can indeed file a dispute on eBay to get you eBay fees back.

What will happen if I refuse to sell an item on Ebay

I had listed an item on ebay and a buyer bid on it and the time expires. Im new to ebay so I didnt know that Im required to sell it to them after the time expires. Im told by an ebay representative that I should open a case to request for a cancel in transaction. I did but the buyer refused to cancel the transaction. I was just wondering what will happen to me if I were to refuse to mail the buyer my item?Thank You
Answer1:Thats probably the end of your career on ebay. What do you think an auction is about? Just for fun?
Answer2:The buyer sues you and you are left bankrupt, living in the streets,
Answer3:Someone from Ebay will come to your house and spank you.
Answer4:The only thing that will happen is you will get a negative feed back from the buyer. If you get 3 negative feed backs for the same thing Ebay will kick you off. A negative feed back will really look bad on your record if you are a newbie on Ebay. This will not help you on your future sales. If the item wasnt worth much I would send it to the buyer and suffer the loss. It might pay you in the long run.

Does this mean the item has been shipped if not what does it mean

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 22, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.--Answer1:it means what it says.duh..--Answer2:It means the seller has asked the post office to come by and pick up the package, it has not been shipped yet. Should be soon, however..--Answer3:you item is comingthats what is saying.--Answer4:no it has not been shipped.--Answer5:if it has been shipped you can go on thier website and put in your tracking number and it will tell you where it is at.--Answer6:it means that ur postal service has been notified that they should be expecting your package but the date it will arrive is uncertain and they will update you to when it will arrive..--Answer7:I got a message like this when I ordered something off of ebay! I assume you ordered something online?! Anyways, I am pretty sure this means the package has not actually been dropped off at the post office yet, but the seller creates a tracking number for you prior to the post office recieving it. This probably occures when a person gets postage via the internet rather than going to the post office and standing in line. This would occur if a person has a way of accurately weight the package or uses a standard USPS box to ship with. I would think your package will be shipped out tommorrow (or next business day depending on who is sending it)..--Answer8:It simply means that the shipper has purchased a shipping label for the package online, but it does not mean that the package has been taken to the post office or that the USPS mail man has picked up the package. If your still receiving this message at this time of evening then the package will probably not be delivered until after christmas unless it is in USPS possession but not scanned yet. then if it was in USPS possession and it was shipped today with express shipping you could still receive it tommorrow. USPS will deliver next day express shipping on christmas eve.
