      Answer1:You will not need to register for VAT unless your takings are 63k. Unless you alter your house ie: put in new doors or an extra room you do not have to inform your council. You dont NEED to tell the authorities you are running a small business.Dont fall into the trap of thinking you will register for VAT so you can claim back your petrol/film/paper VAT etc. When you are small the disadvantages far outweigh the advantages!

      Answer1:1and1 is ok. They have some software you can use to put the website together (I didnt use that though). Hosting is cheap. Domain rental is cheap. Its quite easy to use too, but doesnt always work to well on an apple mac. If youre using a pc Im sure it would be fine. Youll need to work out how to get your website to appear in search listings too.Good Luck!

Does it have many products. All things apply. How much you earn depends on how many workers you have, how many products you sell, how long your store hours are, how much you spend for advertising, how much you spend to get the products, how many customers you have, etc. it all depends. What i would do, is start at a pharmacy for about 6 months, get to know the Business, how much you make a month, ask the store manager how much he/she makes and so on. then start your own.

I would love to open up a small restaurant in my town; diner-style, catering to the baby boomers, older folks & diner-lovers alike; There is a small building for sale in my (small) town that was previously a bar.
