I placed an order to be delivered today and they werent delivered yet, and when I call the 800 number it says they are closed...theyre supposed to be open til 5pm pacific time...Im trying to figure out if this company really even exists or if i got ripped off...............--Answer1:The website looks legitimate. Depending on where you are in the US, it may not even be time yet. Also, a lot of shipments are delayed due to the holidays and bad weather in certain areas. Their office might also be closed due to the holiday.
