I do have a paypal account but because of loosing my bank card and having a new one issused a few weeks ago my bank keeps refusing a payment to paypal, so i have deleted the old bank account and added a new one.But the problem is, I owe money on ebay and the seller only accepts paypal, I thought they used to be an option on Paypal so that you could make a one off payment without having an account & having to register your card.Is it possible, becuase i cant find this option on the site anywhere!Thanks Answer1:Without having a pay pal account you cant pay the amount. Just ask ur neighbour having pay pal account and use it just for now sake. Answer2:Hi sorry for all your trouble,Im no expert but I do have both ebay and paypal accounts,and they always work ok.Going of what you have said above the problem seems to be with your bank and not with ebay or paypal,because you state that YOUR BANK keeps refusing payments to paypal.In my humble opinion you need to call into,or phone you bank to sort this out.
