(you can also check invoice in your paypal account, there should be a phone number and address in there) calling also helps. If the seller is willing to accept a return, you will need to ship the item back to them in the same condition as you received it, at your expense. When the seller gets the item back and verifies that it is the item that they sent, they then and only then will refund your money. Just like anyplace else, you have to return the item before you get a refund. I would Email the seller again. Perhaps they are out of town for the holidays. Perhaps the Feepay (ebay) mail system ate your email (this happens regularly) If you get no reply by the first of the week, request the contact information from ebay and give them a call!
