Just go to the Post Office with the name of the person or business that you want to pay with the MO. They will complete part of the paper work and give it back to you to complete such things as name, and address.You will now pay the Post Office the amount of the money order plus a handling fee. Once this is completed you will mail it or take it to the person or business that you are dealing with.A money order is treated the same as cash or certified cheque.The person or business that you are dealing with will have no problem cashing a MO.Hope this makes things a little clearer for you.Peter
