I have an eBay account and Ive been selling for the past few months. A month ago, a customer gave me negative feedback and that lowered my DSR. Now, eBay wont let me sell anything until my DSR improves. But how do I improve it if I cant sell anything? How can I begin to sell again?
      Answer1:They suspend you for low 30-day DSRs, not the 12 month DSRs. When the poor DSRs are 30 days old, they will drop off and your 30 day rating will bounce back based on more recent ratings. DSRs suck if someone has a vengeance. You could also attempt to revise the FB through the new revision option. You basically make good with the buyer (refund if they return the item) and they adjust the FB & DSRs if they are a decent person.
