Ive just start selling stuffs on ebay and wonder how does it work. I mean like went I ship the stuff to my buyer, am I suppose to send them a email for the tracking and yeah?Just wonder....--Answer1:I just got into Ebay when looking for some things and have bought 5 items so far. And in all cases they sent e-mail with tracking number when they shipped things. However you ship, it is best to have some way to track items so you can tell where they ended up..--Answer2:When a buyer buys your items online (usually through Pay Pal), the seller (you) will contact the buyer via e-mail through ebay. You will find out by e-mailing the buyer where to send it, how much shipping will cost (if not already listed on the auction page), and anything else you/them need to know. You will need to send them the tracking number and what service you are sending the package through (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) Tell them an approximate delivery date (some people like this even though they can track their packages online...and this could raise your rating on ebay...). Many people buy things on ebay based on sellers ratings, so the higher your rating is, the more likely people are to buy from you - consequently, the more you will make. Be sure to please the customer (buyer). It will be better for your ebay business.
