My husband bought this one bike for $10 and sold it for $150, all it needed was a new tire, you can pick up bikes for like 5 bucks and sell them for $50. Easy money, hit up garage sales, also cab overs and trailers, bought one for $200 sold it for $700. do a little research and know the market, also if you are renting an apartment in a desirable area like a big city, rent out your place and crash with a friend.
