We never guess about what we may need, it didnt work for the Big 3 because banks will tell you to kiss off. If you dont know what your material costs, operating costs, G & A, your screwed up front. Make a list of these things then you have a start. Heres where it gets tough (unless you do your home work), Gross Sales! This is where when you determine the other costs, then we talk about projected profit. If youll do all the above you will determine if you even want to get in that business!
