As fas as I understand you need to find customers. Then ask for a prepayment if possible otherwise they can pay you on notification of the readiness of the goods for delivery by manufacturer/supplier. Receive money from Buyer, open LC and as soon as it is open the manufacturer\supplier can deliver the seafoods from India and receive the money against the shipping documents from LC.
