I heard that people assume that if someone is a powerseller, their customer service is bad because of the volume of sales. So would you prefer to buy the same product at the same price from a powerseller, or a regular seller on ebay?.--Answer1:A non power seller,I have found that the power sellers are lazy when it comes to sending your merchandise in a prompt manner.I have also found that they are lazy about responding to emails and often dont respond at all.Just my opinion..--Answer2:someone with a high rating & a fairly large number of sales. I doubt powersellers are just 1 person at his kitchen table. The reason S&H is so high is to fakeout Ebay. Ebay takes a cut of the product price but not S&H. So the seller makes more money by selling the product a bit cheaper & marking up the S&H. still seems like a ripoff..--Answer3:Not much difference, but the only problem I ever had was with a powerseller..--Answer4:I have a stereo type about the Power Seller....of course, I could be wrong. But, it seems when I buy from a normal seller (I.e., guy at the kitchen table) I dont get hosed with an astronomical shipping and handling fee. I understand the concept of making money for travel to the post office, effort....but when I am charged $15 for S/H and the postage reads $3.85....well, nearly all of the time....Ive just purchased from a Power Seller. This is all my prerogative, understandably....and when you want something, you want something....and therefor, will pay..--Answer5:well if you go with a nonpower seller than you got the problem of trusting them or not. and for power sellers they sell alot of things so it might take an extra day to send your item to get out. i would go with a power seller becuase its more safe and secure
