These questions reveal nothing about your abilities to do the job..--Answer3:Why did you leave your last job?If you answer it with a negative then they wont think youre a good candidate. If you answer it with a positive they will wonder why you no longer work there. Unless you were laid off for economic reasons there is no good answer..--Answer4:What did you do when you had to take charge in an emergency situation and did it help?I never had an emergency situation to come up. So I was dumbfounded for a few minutes.
