I will have one additional fax line. The phone service will provide hunting, etc., and I wonder if a phone system is a waste here. Would a a 3-4 line phone work just as well?.--Answer1:That depends on how professional you want to appear. If you have 3 existing phone lines already, you can get a virtual PBX (essentially an invisible phone system) like Ring Central for $9.95 a month and up. You get a main phone number (or a toll free number) and when someone calls that main number, they can press (say) "2" for you and one of your 3 existing phone lines will ring. With a virtual phone system you can also get an auto attendant, voicemailboxes, and you can route the phone calls to any phone you like. So you can save $$$ by ditching your three phone lines, and have your employees cell phones act as the extensions. Whereby, as above, someone dials your main phone number (that you get from Ring Central or another provider), then that extension "2" will ring your cell phone, for example.I hope this helps!
