Google owns adsense, the first person is wrong (Im level 1 didnt give you thumbs down either), there is many legit ways to make money online. Sure they take work in the beginning, but its just like any business and lots of people online pay to advertise, so build a site that gets visitors and either sign up for google adsense or rent out spots on the site to those who are advertising through adwords and offer them a better deal than adwords does.
