We were asked to bid on a local doctors office for a weekly cleaning. It is two levels and has 6 restrooms. The majority of the work would be sweeping all the carpet and sweeping and mopping all the exam and office rooms. It has around 20 individual rooms upstairs and down. It also has a break room, waiting area, and reception area. Other then the sweeping and mopping we would only have to do some minor dusting and things like that. What would be a good rate to go by or a good base price? It is only me and my Husband so no employees to pay and very low supply costs!
