Is there really a market in importing goods from China and then selling them in the united states

Is it honestly worth importing chinese goods to the United states? What type of precautions should be observed when importing chinese goods? What loop holes must one jump through in order to import discounted chinese goods to the United States?
Answer1:Of course, low prices and you can sell the products for more in the United States.Take a look at:http://www.moneymakinglibrary.net/mml/sa...I wrote a review about Salehoo, its a global product sourcing directory and also a community.
Answer2:Chinese products are good but you must warn them about quality if you must import into the United States.
Answer3:Why not? There are a lot of stuff importing from China every year, right?
Answer4:Well there are alot of ethical considerations...such as....the Chinese do not recognize the legitimacy of patents or copyrights...that is why they copy and remanufacture brand name products. They also have a proven and very public track record of tainting products being shipped to the US.....with toxic powders...which would have no reason to be in their factories....so it was done with malicious intent. they dont like Americans...they also censor American news websites that are critical of their government.Im not sure I really like the idea of more people importing from China just so they can make a quick buck. Our Government will be imposing stricter regulations on this sort of thing. Studies and legislation is being weighed now....so no telling what the state of this process will be in a year from now...you might find yourslef in a quagmire of legal issues. Part of that legislation is penalties for people doing the importing, as you carry significant responsibility for those products.I would dig deep on this subject before moving forward.
